About PrimerFixing our K-12 education system is a civilizationally-important problem. We believe that all of our problems including the ones that dominate the headlines are downstream of education.We have a simple thesis on how to solve it: empower 1000s of educators to launch microschools in their communities.We believe the historical tradeoff between price (tuition) and quality is a false dichotomy.PrimerOS automates and eliminates much of the costs of traditional schools. Microschools have a structural advantage asset-light real estate which means much lower capex and opex. You put it together and you get something thats never existed before: a world-class education thats accessible to normal American families and can rapidly scale.What Youll DoWere looking for an energetic relationship-driven professional to grow enrollment for Primers Alabama campuses. Youll be the face of Primer in the community responsible for building strong local networks executing on-the-ground marketing initiatives and presenting Primers vision directly to families.This is not a desk job. Youll spend much of your time out in the field - meeting partners speaking with parents hosting open houses and connecting with community leaders. If you love building new relationships thrive in fast-moving environments and know how to inspire families through compelling storytelling youll thrive here.What were trying to do is extremely hard theres a reason it hasnt been done before. If you find that slightly-daunting-but-exciting this might be the role for you.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own local channels that generate new family leads including sponsorships partnerships and community engagementBuild relationships with local leaders organizations and influencers who can help grow Primers reach and reputationPlan and execute campus open houses family info sessions and tours that convert interest into enrollmentServe as a trusted knowledgeable voice when presenting Primers model to prospective familiesCollaborate with central marketing and admissions to align local efforts with broader campaignsExperiment with new grassroots growth strategies; document and scale the ones that workManage ongoing relationships with enrolled families to strengthen community and referralsTravel frequently (20-40%) across campuses within the statePreferred QualificationsStrong track record in partnerships admissions marketing or community outreach ideally in K-12 education or fast-growth startupsExceptional communicator who can connect with diverse audiences from families to community leadersConfident public speaker and presenter comfortable leading events and representing Primer externallySelf-starter who thrives with autonomy and knows how to build systems out of ambiguityResults-driven with past accountability for growth enrollment or revenue targetsHighly organized and able to manage multiple relationships and events at onceGeneralist mindset willing to roll up your sleeves to do both strategy and executionMust have a car and be available for regular travel across the stateIf this sounds like you please apply!Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Marketing,Catering,Organizational skills,Hospitality Experience,Management Experience,HubSpot,Event Planning,Events Management,Project Management,Event Marketing,Leadership Experience,negotiation Employment Type : Full-Time Department / Functional Area: Operations Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 80 - 90
