Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCommunity Health NPSalem, OR areaM-F (8 hour shifts)Salary is between $125,000-140,000 (DOE)Telehealth and In-Person Visits (30 mile radius from your home)Providing an extensive range of comprehensive care services for patients both well and ill residing in the community.
