Security Guard must maintain and preserve the community by providing unparalleled service on a consistent and timely basis. it is our duty to welcome and greet potential residents guests and visitors as they arrive. Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits. Watch for irregular and or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot at designated intervals. Investigate and prepare reports on accidents incidents. Security Guard must be able to multi task and problem solve must possess excellent customer service and communicative skills. Security Guard is encouraged to be Computer literate; possess basic knowledge of computer functions and how to utilize Property Computer System training module. Security Guard must conduct patrols to ensure the physical integrity of the community by maintaining vigilant and proactive attitude.
