Phoebe Hospice Full-Time

Phoebe Hospice is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Community Liaison to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare marketing, community outreach, and building strong referral partnerships while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families.


The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to build lasting professional relationships, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

What You'll Do

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community partners
  2. Lead marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts
  3. Promote Phoebe Hospice services within the community and healthcare market
  4. Assist with strategic growth initiatives and market development
  5. Develop strategic partnerships for the growth and sustainability in the Lehigh Market.
  6. Utilize CRM to monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field required.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of pre-acute and post-acute healthcare marketing experience, hospice experience preferred.
  3. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  4. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  5. Knowledge of healthcare marketing and community outreach strategies
