Opportunity Overview: As a Community Manager you will be tasked with leading our community staff to achieve excellence help our potential residents find their new dream home and assuring our current residents never imagine leaving our community and the IRT family.Your Day-To-Day:Leading and motivating the on-site team to deliver excellent resident serviceOverseeing leasing activity and driving occupancy goalsConducting regular property walks to ensure cleanliness and curb appealManaging resident relations and resolving concerns promptlyHandling budgeting financial reporting and expense controlCoordinating with vendors and overseeing service contractsTraining and mentoring staff to support professional growthResponding to online reviews and managing the propertys reputationEnsuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulationsWhy Youll Love Working Here:Comprehensive Training: Company-paid in-person training in Tampa FL to set you up for success. What Were Looking For:At least 2 years multi-family community management experience or at least 4 years in a leadership role within a multi-family communityExperience managing a single community with 350 unitsStrong leadership customer service and communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong planning time management and deadline adherenceSkilled in analyzing rent rolls financial reports and payables/receivablesProficient in MS Office (Word Excel); Entrata experience preferredKnowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulationsValid drivers license requiredRequirement: Must be able to attend a company paid multi-day out of state training within 2 weeks of start dateWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture.
