Job SummaryThis role serves as a cross-functional operational leader working collaboratively across the organization to define optimize and standardize business processes and operating procedures. It involves partnering with system end-users to design efficient workflows implement cross-functional process improvements and documenting operational policies. The role actively contributes to system and operational enhancement efforts by collaborating with Product Technology and Clinical leadership ensuring technology is effectively leveraged to support business needs. It requires strong leadership communication and negotiation skills to influence operations across departments foresee enterprise-level implications of changes and manage risks and issues through resolution.
