Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob post summaryPay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hourJob description:The CST Team Lead provides leadership and support to the Community Support Team (CST) by overseeing service delivery, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with agency and regulatory standards. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about client-centered care and is motivated by both direct service and team leadership responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver billable CST services in alignment with client needs and treatment plans.Provide team supervision, coaching, and support to CST staff to ensure quality of care and program compliance.Facilitate and/or participate in training and professional development activities for the CST team.Manage scheduling, documentation review, and performance feedback for team members.Conduct outreach and coordinate with community partners to support program goals.Travel as needed across the Triad service area to support staff and client needs.Compensation & BenefitsThis position offers a structured compensation model that recognizes both direct service and leadership responsibilities, including:Compensation for billable services, team supervision, and trainingA monthly travel incentive (paid in arrears)Bi-weekly payroll scheduleFull details will be reviewed during the hiring process.QualificationsTeam Lead must be a NC Licensed Professional or Associate Level Licensed Professional who has the knowledge, skills and abilities required by the population and age to be served. A minimum of one year of documented MH/SA experience is required. Previous experience in CST or similar community-based programs strongly preferred.Specific Skills RequiredSkills and competence to establish supportive, trusting relationships with persons being served in the program and respect for client rights and personal preferences in treatment are essential.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with staff, community agencies and clients.Efficient time management skills.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Must have an active Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.Ability to travel throughout the Triad service area.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeBenefits: 401(k)Flexible schedulePaid orientationPaid trainingProfessional development assistance Application Question(s):Are you Licensed or provisionally licensed in NC (LCSW, LCMHC or LMFT? Education:Master's (Preferred) License/Certification:Driver's License (Required) Willingness to travel:75% (Preferred) Work Location: On the roadCompany DescriptionSunrise Clinical Associates, PLLC is a CARF accredited and CABHA certified agency with the sole purpose of providing services to recipients with mental health and substance abuse problems. We offer a broad range of mental health and substance abuse services to address individual needs utilizing the continuum of care concept.Our agency provides services to children, adolescents and adults by optimizing resources from available internal and/or external professionals to carry out our aforementioned service goal to provide a continuum of care.This is done through assisting recipients with the following objectives in mind: improving and maintaining a healthy and independent lifestyle, maximizing their identified strengths and potentials to demonstrative positive outcomes, receiving appropriate services to avoid out-of-home placement or hospitalization and finally integrating family centered / driven approaches &activities to successfully enhance treatment.Services rendered at our multiple sites are as follows: Community Support Team, Intensive In-Home Services, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Outpatient Treatment, Medication Management, Psychiatric Evaluations, Diagnostic Assessments, Peer Support and Tailored Care Management.
