We provide a wide range of mental health services, including individual and group therapy, continuing education, and psychosocial evaluations for immigration cases. Role Description:

We’re hiring a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Counselor (Licensed or Limited Permit) for a W-2 Fee-for-service position.

You'll provide individual therapy, treatment planning, case management, and accurate clinical documentation. We’re looking for someone who can handle a full-time caseload and who values both independence and collaboration in their clinical work.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual therapy to clients across the lifespan
• Develop and maintain treatment plans and clinical documentation
• Offer culturally competent care to diverse client populations
• Manage cases effectively with attention to client needs and compliance
• Utilize both in-person and telehealth formats for service delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred; other languages welcome
• Experience with EHR and learning new systems quickly
• Strong clinical writing skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
• Licensed in New York (LMHC-D or LMHC) or Limited Permit accepted
• Background working with immigrant communities and trauma survivors
• Experience in both in-person and telehealth counseling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities

Schedule & Compensation:

• Monday–Thursday: 1 PM – 9 PM
• Saturday: 8 AM – 4 PM
• Compensation is per session and based on:
• Experience level
• PTO based on hours worked per week
