With deep industry expertise we deliver compensation surveys advanced analytics market practice insights and integrated solutions that help organizations design and manage competitive pay programs.The RoleAs a Compensation Associate you will manage multiple survey projects and contribute to high-profile consulting engagements within our Global Financial Services Industry group. This is a unique opportunity to influence compensation strategies across leading financial institutions worldwide.What You will DoYou will manage the full compensation survey cycle from launch to report delivery ensuring accuracy quality and timely results. Acting as the primary client contact you will lead job matching sessions resolve data issues and deliver clear insights that strengthen client relationships and drive participation.You will analyze large datasets interpret compensation trends and prepare impactful reports and presentations. Beyond survey management you will support bespoke consulting projects such as benchmarking incentive plan design and regulatory updates while contributing to broader initiatives like industry research training and business development.This hybrid role is based in Stamford CT with the team currently meeting in office two days per week.
