Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail oriented Compensation Compliance & Communications Director to join our global company. The ideal candidate thrives in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment and is excited to lead the rollout administration and compliance of Xsollas Complementary Compensation Plan. You will play a critical role in ensuring our compensation programs meet all regulatory requirements and support the companys strategic expertise in equity or stock based compensation compliance global compensation plan administration and regulatory frameworks is essential plus experience with IPO RSU and/or ESPPs is highly preferred. Strong expertise in crypto and token based complementary compensation is also strongly preferred. The ability to manage complex projects adapt to evolving regulations and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be key to your success in this role.Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. With more paths to profits and ways to win developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.For more information visit .Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the rollout administration and ongoing compliance of Xsollas Complementary Compensation PlanEnsure all compensation programs comply with applicable laws and regulationsOversee the design implementation and communication of compensation plansCollaborate with Legal Finance and Executive teams to ensure alignment and mitigate compliance risksMonitor changes in regulations and proactively update policies and practicesConduct audits and prepare reports to demonstrate compliance with internal and external requirementsProvide training and guidance to HR and business leaders on compensation complianceSupport due diligence and documentation as requested Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree in Business Finance Law or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g. CEP JD) preferred8 years of direct experience in a compensation compliance or legal positionDemonstrated experience with IPO crypto compensation plans ESPPs and/or equity compensation plansDeep knowledge of SEC laws regulations and best practices for compensation complianceStrong knowledge in crypto and tokensStrong project management analytical and communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levelsHigh integrity discretion and attention to detailBenefits: We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team so we prioritize the well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program.
