What You'll Do
The Total Rewards team seeks an innovative Compensation Partner to support the analytics, administration, and implementation of our compensation philosophy and strategy. You will manage multiple projects, provide data-driven insights, and partner with stakeholders to solve compensation challenges.
Location: Daily onsite presence at our Headquarters in San Jose, CA in alignment with our Flexible Work policy

Annual Compensation Program Management
Compensation Systems Ownership
Communication & Stakeholder Management
What You Bring
- 6+ years of relevant experience in compensation analysis and/or program design.
- Proven track record in conducting compensation benchmarking, salary structure design and bonus/incentive planning
- Strong understanding of broad-based compensation programs
- Demonstrated expertise in leading/managing/administering companywide annual compensation programs
- Demonstrated experience collaborating closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders
- Advanced Excel modeling, scenario analysis and data visualization skills. Ability to handle large, complex data set and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences, including senior leadership
- Hands-on experience with HRIS (Workday, etc.); Workday experience is a strong plus
- Flexible, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Impeccable level of discretion, confidentiality and attention to details

Base Pay Range
$141,000 - $219,000 USD
