Apply to be a part of our consistently top 10 Men's Team in the country!Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Men's Competitive Team Gymnastics Coach to join our team! As a Gymnastics Coach with us, you will be teaching in a group as well as on an individual level, and you will be handling a variety of age groups and skill levels. You will also track their progress, provide feedback, motivation, and support, as well as prepare exceptional students for competitions. The ideal candidate will be positive, have experience teaching, and have the ability to spot and foster talent. (Salary is based on experience)ResponsibilitiesLead classes of various skill levels and agesPlan activities and lessons for individuals and class settingsProvide recommendations for training outside the classroom setting, nutrition advice, and motivationTrack the progress and growth of students under your careQualificationsPrevious experience working as a teacher or in a fast-paced environment desiredStrong experience in gymnastics, fitness, and coachingThe ability to lead in a positive, motivational wayExcellent communication skills
