This position offers an opportunity for career growth and advancement within a supportive and innovative work environment.Compensation PackageCompetitive salary: $110000 - $120000 annuallyResponsibilitiesVerify coverage and coverage primacy for new losses.Adjust complex claims with significant exposure including investigation evaluation negotiation and resolution within authority levels.Evaluate and implement solutions for problematic files.Collaborate with internal teams on complex coverage issues and claims resolution.Manage and oversee independent adjusters and attorneys including those defending insured parties.Represent the company at mediations and trials.Communicate professionally with insured parties claimants agents attorneys and reinsurers.Establish and maintain reserves providing consistent updates to management.Assist in developing technical knowledge within the department.Serve as a resource for team members and assist in training new employees as assigned.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Qualifications/RequirementsEducation/Training:Bachelors Degree required.Professional insurance designation preferred.Adjuster licensing required.Experience/Skills:Minimum of 10 years of experience adjusting bodily injury claims.Experience in adjusting commercial auto claims required.Preferred experience in adjusting transportation (trucking) liability claims.Advanced knowledge of insurance and tort law legal principles and medical terminology.Proficiency in insurance coverage and claims processes.Intermediate computer skills including word processing spreadsheets databases and email.Disclaimer: Please note that this job description may not cover all duties responsibilities or aspects of the role and it is subject to modification at the employers discretion.#LI-JF1 Key Skills Business Development,Computer Hardware,Communication,ABAP,Fpga,Analytics Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Yearly Salary Salary: 110000 - 120000
