Job Details We are seeking a Litigation Associate to join a high profile litigation practice handling complex disputes across a range of industries. This role is ideal for an associate with strong litigation fundamentals who is looking for substantive responsibility, collaboration, and opportunities to contribute to the continued growth of a dynamic practice. The position offers hands on experience across all phases of litigation, including research, briefing, discovery, and trial preparation, as well as opportunities to participate in thought leadership and client development initiatives. What You'll Do Support complex litigation matters from inception through resolution Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and other substantive filings Manage and support document production and discovery efforts Assist with deposition and trial preparation Collaborate closely with team members across offices and disciplines Contribute to client development efforts, including writing and speaking opportunities What We're Looking For JD or LLM from an ABA accredited law school Admitted or eligible for admission in New York or Massachusetts 4+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Judicial clerkship experience is a plus Professionalism in working with clients and colleagues Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities Highly organized, detail oriented, and collaborative team player Why This Opportunity Sophisticated, high profile litigation matters Meaningful responsibility and hands on experience Collaborative, team oriented practice environment Opportunities for visibility and professional growth Platform to continue building a strong litigation practice Interested in hearing more?
