Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista and Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Palace is looking for a Complex Group Reservations Coordinator to join their dynamic Reservations team! With over 1800 rooms combined these 2 properties offer for incredible views of Disney Springs and Walt Disney World Resort.The ideal candidate will hold comparable experience in Reservations or Front Office or hospitality in general and have full availability to work the ever changing schedule of hospitality. Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners Housing Bureaus Meetings and Conventions and Front Office. Processes reservation request calls as appropriate assists internal and external customers. Coordinates and implements department activities and projects.
