Position Summary Marco Fine Arts (MFA) is a leader in fine art publishing and print-on-demand manufacturing working with high-profile artists and brands during an exciting period of growth. We are seeking aCompliance Coordinatorwho thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and takes ownership of projects from start to role is essential in overseeing the design and implementation of the companys compliance framework ensuring alignment with legal regulatory and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Operations Legal Accounting and HR teams to address requests and ensure data accuracy.Responsible for conducting audits managing reporting obligations and adherence to federal state and local employment labor and tax laws.Requires extensive administration compliance and legal experience/knowledge problem solving abilities and a high degree of professionalism in managing relationships across the organization and with external partners.Provides regulatory exam support.Manage vendor social audits ensuring compliance with HR & legal information safety and other regulations.Assists with client audit activities for large enterprise clients.Qualifications:Bachelor of Business Administration with a minimum of 5 years related experience; or equivalent related work experience.Strong program management skills with strong presentation development and delivery skills.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Strong work ethic withhighdegree of accuracy and attention to detail.OSHA 30 Certification or willingness to obtainProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel & PowerPoint).Bonus Points For:Background in manufacturing print-on-demand production or eCommerce industries.BenefitsDirect visibility to leadership and clear opportunities for career advancement in a high-growth company.Entrepreneurial collaborative culture where contributions are valued.Competitive compensation package.The Marco Groupis an equal-opportunity employer andcomplies withall applicable federal state and local nondiscrimination laws.
