The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $68.94 $86.15 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Job Summary

Leads compliance and project management initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Drives maturation of compliance programs, with emphasis on building processes from the ground up. Manages cybersecurity compliance frameworks including NIST CSF and SOC 2. Coordinates across multiple teams to execute initiatives and gain stakeholder buy-in. Influences and communicates effectively at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

Strong project management background with demonstrated ability to drive and execute initiatives (70% of role focus). Experience with cybersecurity compliance frameworks (NIST CSF, SOC 2, or similar). Background in helping organizations build and mature compliance programs. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders. Excellent communication skills; proactive and execution-focused mindset. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments. Creative problem-solver with resourceful approach to moving projects forward.
