Responsibilities: Conduct data analysis using SQL and Python on AHT product usage escalation rates pass rates completion rates and other key KYC metrics. Build dashboards and queries that display and enable tracking of program effectiveness. Leverage findings from data analyses and dashboards to identify and implement process improvements. Supports key KYC program functions required to maintain compliance. Specifically delivers process mapping documentation program health quality initiatives and tech issues. Skills: Ability to understand and interpret complex regulatory legislation. Works well independently and a strong team player. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint and MS Visio. Education/Experience: Bachelors degree (in business accounting legal or related field). Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc. Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base. Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
