Job Title:Group Systems and Compliance SpecialistBusiness Unit:Central ServiceLocation:This position can be based at any of the following locations. This is not a Remote position.Cadillac MI USSalem NH USCleveland OH USMelksham Wiltshire UKPurpose of Position:The Group Systems and Compliance Specialist will support the Group Systems and Compliance Manager on the development maintenance optimization and administration of the group HRIS and other HR systems as required. This role will also support on HR compliance activities and processes and data analysis and interpretation in line with the Global Data Analytics Strategy and reporting requirements.This role will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the entry and maintenance of employee data while adhering to internal controls and identifying potential for process improvement opportunities.The role will provide support on HR projects policies and programmes as required to deliver employee engagement operational efficiencies and continued compliance in an ever-changing world.Essential duties and/or Functions:Support the implementation of the strategy for the global HR Management System(s) including HR processes (SOPs) methods and tools while working in partnership with the global HR teams and Leadership to provide a global system of record and business data to help drive employee and Company success.Ensuring all employee data is secure accurate up to date consistent with policies and privacy regulations. Carrying out periodic data cleanse and data audits.Contributing to improvements in the standards and guidelines for the experiences of Avons enterprise-wide HRIS system (ADP) including supporting vendor partners in ecosystem.Assist in projects involving analysis design testing implementation upgrades and optimization supportSupport researching and resolving HRIS problems unexpected results or process flaws.Support the development implementation and maintenance of HRIS related policies and procedures.Support process flows systems integrations and data integrity by working closely with various departments.Assist in the development of communication and/or training materials including user guides providing training support as needed.Assist with preparation of annual compliance efforts including but not limited to: Affirmative Action Plan EEO-1 reporting BLS Reporting State specific compliance updates/changes FLSA audits UK compliance requirements etc.Assist with annual open enrolment and general employee benefits efforts including but not limited to: Enrolment audits quality checks of benefits-related data vendor file feeds benefit discrepancy resolution etc.Support data analysis and interpretation of data in line with the Global Data Analytics Strategy.Support on project-based initiatives and general systems benefits or compliance queries.Required Minimum Qualifications:Experience with HRIS platforms ideally ADP. Excellent technology skills and data analysis audit and compliance experience.Degree level qualification or equivalent experience in human resources or a related field.Exceptional integrity and ability to maintain sensitive informationDemonstrable experience collaborating and interacting cross-functionally and with employees at multiple levels and in different geographiesContinuous Improvement mindset.Ability to quickly grasp facts processes and procedures in a changing environment.Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to coach and teach end users of the HRIS.Effective presentation skills including written and verbal communication skills.Ability to perform with a high level of confidentiality professionalism and credibility.Ideally good working knowledge of US and or UK compliance and HR requirements and the appetite and commitment to fill any gaps in knowledge.Ability to work globally.About Avon Technologies:We design and produce life-critical personal protection solutions for the worlds militaries and first responders.
