Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription: Machine, build, assemble, or fit together parts to form complete units or subassemblies at a work station. Work may involve the use of hand tools, power tools, paint tools and special equipment in order to carry out fitting, assembly and final finish operations. Include assemblers whose duties are of a precision nature. Includes machine, and precision assemblers, and workers who perform specialized operations exclusively as part of assembly operations, such as machining. Requirements: Production and Processing Knowledge of inputs, outputs, raw materials, waste, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing the manufacture and distribution of goods Mechanical Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, benefits, repair, and maintenance Building and Construction Knowledge of materials, methods, and the appropriate tools to construct objects, structures, and buildings Design Knowledge of design techniques, principles, tools and instruments involved in the production and use of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
