It is important to note that these positions may require a 2nd or 3rd shift schedule based on the businesss needs.Position Responsibilities:Performs composite lay-up fabrication and assembly tasksComposite drilling and bondingTooling preparationMachine set up and operationOverhead crane operationBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3 years of experience in manufacturing1 years of experience with composite layup1 years of experience in composite fabrication processesAbility to lift up to 35 poundsAbility to perform physical activities such as climbing bending kneeling and liftingPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience with Lean Principles (Continuous Improvement Standard Work and 5-S tools)Experience managing or working with safety quality and manufacturing performance dataExperience with Contoured Tape Layup MachineExperience with Radius Filler operationsExperience with AFGM processesExperience with Quality operationsDrug Free Workplace:Boeingis a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits: At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
