SRC is searching for a well-rounded Configuration Specialists to support our customer at NIWC Pacific in San Diego, CA.Possessing a deep understanding of DoD configuration and data management policies and procedures, including familiarity with relevant regulations and instructionsFILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD #LI-SF1RequirementsBachelor's level degree in any fieldThree (3) years of professional experience in configuration managementExperience with configuration management and knowledge management concepts and toolsPerforming work in this job's occupational field requires the application of professional disciplines requiring a four-year degree or equivalent and the extensive, applied use of related concepts, practices, and methodsThe primary or most necessary skills required for this job are organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and computer skillsDemonstrated ability to handle classified information and work within secure environments, adhering to strict security protocols, is essentialDesired SkillsExperience with DoD-specific knowledge management platforms and tools, such as Flank Speed and SharePoint, is highly desirableKnowledge of military communication systems and protocols is beneficial, particularly for roles involving technical documentation and supportStrong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effectively collaborating with various stakeholders and providing training and support on configuration and knowledge management processesClearance InformationSRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT.
