Job Description
Responsibilities and DutiesWork with customers to troubleshoot technical computer issues and fully document actions and results.Assist clients with new device setups.Sell computers and services.Work with a team to service devices sell services and research new techniques and products we can sell.Qualifications : Strong and persuasive written and verbal communication skills.Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with clients and coworkers.Ability to handle stressful situations in a congenial manner.Ability to troubleshoot and understand Windows 8.1 10 and 11 as well as macOS and familiarity with Office Suite.Strong organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently or as a team.Ability to plan and prioritize to achieve a defined objective.Additional Information : Minimum of one (1) years work experience in a IT related field customer service or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.Starting pay: Training $14hr after training $16hrRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Sales Experience,Customer Service,Organizational skills,Communication skills,Basic Math,POS,Retail Sales,Merchandising,Cash Handling,Epic,Planograms,Stocking Experience: years Vacancy: 1
