With a wide range of services and proactive approaches to care Concentra colleagues provide exceptional service to employers and exceptional care to their employees.The Analyst II IT Purchasing - Mobile Devices is responsible for administering and creating all purchasing functions related to the acquisitions and support of IT mobile phones MIFI devices tablets and service at the lowest cost possible while also maintaining exceptional quality and service standards. November 13 2025 This role is responsible and accountable for the analysis execution and management of purchasing transactions including but not limited to purchase orders quotations and invoices.ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily purchase requisition intake and process all requests within established service levelsReview requisitions for completeness and appropriate approvalsProactively monitor requisition queues and prioritize fulfillment appropriatelyEnsure timely and effective communications with requestors and vendorsPrepare and process purchase orders for all IT requests (mobile phones MIFI devices tablets and service) in accordance with Concentra purchasing guidelines and policiesPreparation and maintenance of a list of approved suppliers and work with these suppliers on a regular basisEstablish and monitor metrics for continuous improvementRequest Return Merchandize Authorization from vendors. Ensure new orders are processed and shipped per business need.Build strong collaborative and effective vendor relationships and work to develop a diversified network of vendor partners and suppliers in alignment with Concentra sourcing and procurement guidelines and standardsMentor junior analysts on best ways to be collaborative effective and influential relationships with key internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication as well as to improve synergiesAnalyze trends in company spending and inventory control to make recommendations for the future and to identify areas for possible savingsEstablish overall governing process for procedures systems quality standards and best practices to optimize the management of vendor spendingReconcile and validate product and/or service receipt and submit purchasing invoices for approval in the system within the guidelines of a predefined Service Level Agreement (SLA)Ensure vendor invoicesadhere to the defined terms and conditions specified in the governing contract and purchase documentsResolve any issues related to a vendor purchase order to allow invoice posting and expeditious processingManage and remediate issues and discrepancies related to vendor invoicesQualificationsEducation Level: Bachelors Degree Major: Business Computer Science Engineering Experience in lieu of required education is acceptableFive or more years of experience in purchasing functions and knowledge of purchasing processesExperience in finance accounting and invoicing functionsHealthcare experience gaining an understanding of Urgent Care Occupational Medicine and Primary Care operations is preferredDemonstrated knowledge in managing mobile devices mobile service providers and MDM software applications (Apple Business Manager JAMF Workspace One)Job Related Skills/CompetenciesConcentra Core Competencies of Service Mentality Attention to Detail Sense of Urgency Initiative and FlexibilityAbility to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts explore alternatives and propose quality solutionsOutstanding customer service skills as well as the ability to deal with people in a manner which shows tact and professionalismThe ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information (including HIPAA and PHI) in accordance with federal and state laws and company policiesDiverse knowledge/capacity of the IT services industryas well as a comprehensive understanding of IT Mobile DevicesAbility to identifyand prioritize activitiesMust have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills utilizing available resourcesWork independently as well as with individuals at all levels inside and outside of the IT organizationAdditional DataEmployee Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan with Employer MatchMedical Vision Prescription Telehealth & Dental PlansLife & Disability InsurancePaid Time OffColleague Referral Bonus ProgramTuition ReimbursementCommuter BenefitsDependent Care Spending AccountEmployee DiscountsWe will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process to perform essential job functions and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
