Prepares and pours beverages and serves them to guests. Ensures quality of food presentation. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.This role will pay an hourly rate of $12.00-$15.00 and is tip eligibleBenefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matchingEVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.About the VenueFifth Third Park will be one of the newest and most state-of-the-art minor league baseball and entertainment facilities in the country! The ballpark will be located in downtown Spartanburg SC and will be the home to the Hub City Spartanburgers an MiLB affiliate of the Texas Rangers. Fifth Third Park will play host to 66 professional baseball games per season but it will operate well beyond baseball and will also be utilized for other events including concerts festivals comedy shows amateur sports community gatherings and private functions. The facility will be able to welcome over 5000 fans on game days and over 10000 guests when operating concerts and other mass gathering events.ResponsibilitiesAbility to build orders prepare food and knowledge in all areas of concessions operations.Responsible for maintaining stock and supply levels and communicating to the Concessions Stand Manger of low stock items.Listening and responding to customer requests or concernsResponsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace including but not limited to disposal of garbage & cleaning dishes.Serve beverages to guests including alcoholic beverages responsibly. Must check guests ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify minimum age requirement for purchase of alcoholic beverages.Maintains sanitation health and safety standards in work areasQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredMust be 18 or overThree or more months experience in food service industry preferredAbility to learn to handle cash and learn to operate a cash register and corresponding systemExcellent interpersonal skills & a friendly positive attitude with co-workers managers volunteers & guestsStrengthened by our Differences.
