This role focuses on staff management, inventory control, and maximizing sales while maintaining strict adherence to health and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Operations: Manage daily setup, operation, and close-down of concession stands. Ensure equipment functionality and proper cash handling.Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise concession staff. Foster a positive and productive work environment.Inventory & Cost Control: Oversee ordering, receiving, and stocking. Minimize waste and manage labor costs effectively.Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues.Compliance: Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Maintain clean and organized work areas.Financial Performance: Monitor sales, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to revenue targets.Qualifications:2-5 years of food service/retail management experience, with supervisory experience.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of food safety regulations and POS systems.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
