Concierge (CON) Friday- Sunday at The Avaline at River Oaks

The Concierge (CON) at Claiborne Senior Living LLC will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to residents guests and staff members. This is a Friday- Sunday position from 8am to 7pm! This individual will serve as the face of the community and will assist with various tasks and requests to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable living experience for all. The CON will report directly to the Facility Manager and will work full-time hourly at our healthcare facility inAvaline at River OaksTNBenefits for all employees include:Double time on major holidaysfree employee mealsup to 1000K employee referral bonus with no limit on how many you can referinstant access to your pay in between paychecksResponsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to residents guests and staff members- Greet and warmly welcome visitors and guide them to their destination- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department- Manage the facilitys front desk and maintain a clean and organized workspace- Coordinate transportation services for residents as needed- Assist with organizing and planning resident events and activities- Handle resident inquiries requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Maintain a working knowledge of the facilitys services amenities and policies- Keep track of packages and deliveries for residents and staff members- Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at all times- Other duties as assigned by the Facility ManagerRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred in a healthcare or hospitality setting- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed- Must have a friendly and positive attitudeEEOC Statement:Claiborne Senior Living LLC is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race color religion sex national origin age disability or any other characteristic protected by law.
