Job DescriptionJob DescriptionEssel is hiring a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our dedicated team! In this critical role, you will be responsible for the finishing of concrete surfaces to ensure durability and aesthetics for a variety of construction projects.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and work with concrete mixes to achieve specific requirements for different projects.Apply concrete finishes to surfaces including sidewalks, floors, walls, and curbs.Use various tools and equipment to shape, smooth, and polish the concrete surface.Conduct final inspections to ensure the concrete meets the necessary quality and specifications.Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to ensure project timelines are adhered to.Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.Assist in the setup and teardown of forms and shoring as needed.RequirementsQualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in concrete finishing.TWIC Card needed.Strong knowledge of various concrete finishing techniques and tools.Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Valid driver’s license is preferred.Join us at Essel as we tackle exciting projects and enhance our communities with quality construction!
