Youll coordinate daily operations guide multiple crews and help deliver projects safely efficiently and to the highest standards.Why Join UsYear-round work with plenty of overtimeForemen are paid to drive company trucks (newer Ford F-550s) to job sitesHave your own crew We may be able to bring them on as wellStrong stable well-organized company environment with room for long-term growthYour ResponsibilitiesWorking under the direction of the Project Superintendent you will:Lead and support multiple crews on active job sitesOversee several projects at once and maintain productive workflowRead and interpret commercial and residential blueprints and specificationsMaintain project schedules and anticipate upcoming needsEnsure all tasks are completed accurately and on timePromote safety and enforce company safety practicesAssist with hiring and training field employeesSet the pace in the field and uphold high-quality workmanshipPerform hands-on work as needed (bags on)What You BringMinimum 3 years of concrete construction experienceStrong self-management and initiativeExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to forecast needs and manage multiple prioritiesEffective communication and customer relationship abilitiesSolid safety backgroundPhysically capable of performing field dutiesMust pass a physical and drug testDrivers license preferredCompensation & Benefits$30.00 - $40.00 per hour depending on experience401(k)Health dental and vision insuranceRetirement benefitsFull-time schedule with overtime availableRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Construction Experience,Heavy Equipment Operation,Rigging,Commercial Driving,Paving,OSHA,Roofing,Irrigation,Telecommunication,Horizontal Drilling,Excavator,Leadership Experience Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Hourly Salary Salary: 30 - 40
