This position involves working closely with various construction teams to ensure high-quality concrete work is completed efficiently and safely.Essential Duties:Set up forms to create walls, structures, or pillars at construction sites.Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications.Use tools and machinery to finish surfaces, achieving a smooth and durable finish.Install reinforcing materials such as rebar, hooks, and wires.Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.RequirementsRequirements:Proven experience as a Concrete Laborer or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in the field.Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.Familiarity with tools of the trade, including mixers, vibrators, and hand tools.Basic math skills for measuring and calculating concrete quantities.Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction work.High school diploma or equivalent; further training or certifications in concrete work is a plus.Applicants must demonstrate strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately to ensure project success.Benefits401kMedicalDentalVision
