Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCONCRETE PRECAST TECHNICIAN Position Type: Temp to Hire Position Location: Northwood, OHPosition Shift: 4:30am-12:30pm, Monday-FridayPosition Salary: $20.00-$21.00/hourOur client is seeking motivated individuals to craft their concrete products consisting of a variety of products including retaining wall blocks, light pole bases, boardwalk systems, and burial vaults.JOB REQUIREMENTS2 yrs experience preferredHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to use measuring equipment and general hand toolsAble to perform moderate math calculationsSubject to background check and drug screenJOB DUTIESProvide quality and timely workmanship on each job performedMaintain clean and orderly materials and work environmentClean and prep empty molds for fillingFollow all established safety, environmental, and quality policies and practices, including the use and care of PPEWork in a safe and responsible manner that abides by all company procedures and OSHA standardsRead drawings and understand basic dimensionsUse measuring equipment to verify conformance to specificationsOperate controls on concrete pouring machinery to fill moldsRemove excess concrete from molds for a clean finishEnsure products are being filled to the proper heights and cleaned thoroughlyPackage and label finished products for inventoryInspect for quality-related issues as it relates to the molds and formsPerform inspection of the final productMaintain machinery and equipment through daily inspections and cleanlinessLearn and perform other production-related duties as neededMove to other work areas to support production needs (cross-train) #IES1
