Job Details MOLIN SIOUX FALLS - Sioux Falls SD Full Time None $19.00 - $21.00 Hourly None AnyDescription Perform tasks involving physical labor including operation of a variety of hand and power tools. May clean and prepare concrete forms cut carry and tie rebar rake and screed concrete clean up rubble and debris and remove waste materials. Assist other craft workers as assigned.Hours: 3AM Start M-ThEssential FunctionsPerform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in the production of pre-stress and precast concrete products; perform manual work in preparing surfaces and formsMeasure cut and install rebar weld-plates insulation or any other products required in the panel/product being worked onMaintain a clean job site: pick up all tools and equipment and secure job site each day to eliminate potential hazards.Must be able to accurately read a tape measure.Ability to read and follow directions on blueprints and drawings.Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followedWork full-time Monday through Thursday with the possibility of overtime hoursAbility to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistencyContribute to company morale and group commitment to goalsOther duties as assigned by SupervisorQualifications Knowledge Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of proper use of equipment materials and supplies used in concrete production work.Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely. Ability to work independently or as a team player to complete daily activities according to work schedule.Ability to lift push pull or carry heavy objects.
