Job ResponsibilitiesRepost: Previous applicants do not need to re-apply as all qualified applications will be considered.Northeastern Technical College is seeking a Dual Enrollment Coordinator for Dillon County Responsibilities of Dual Enrollment Coordinator: Provides direction to functional areas of responsibility for the Dual Enrollment program at each high school. Assists the Dean of Dual Enrollment with the functions of planning, organizing and coordinating the Dual Enrollment program; Establishing and maintaining timelines and priorities; Participating with the administration of course offerings; Assures related activities comply with established standards, practices, laws, regulations and guidelines, policies and procedures; Assists with the Dual Enrollment program, services and strategies in alignment with NETC and District's goals and objectives. Assists with collaboration with academic and student services deans and faculty to develop and implement the dual enrollment program. Assists with reviewing and evaluating assigned programs and services. Assists with completion of FASFA, scheduling and other duties related to enrollment. Performs all other duties assigned by the Director of Dual Enrollment.Minimum and Additional RequirementsState Minimum Requirements: A bachelor's degree and a valid driver's license. NETC Preferred Requirements: A bachelor's degree with High School District level experience. Experience working with scheduling curriculum, planning, and implementation of dual enrollment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with dual enrollment operations and activities; i.e. course scheduling, curriculum and accreditation process. Ability to communicate and meet deadlines effectively.Additional CommentsMust be able to work flexible hours as required by supervisor which include evenings and overnight travel. Must have a valid driver's license. This position will be responsible for: high schools in Dillon District 4, Dillon District 3, Dillon Applied Technology Center, Dillon Christian School, and Dillon Homeschools. The college operating hours (open to the public) are Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Employees are offered one flexible work schedule option. All schedules consist of three full days and one shorter day, which totals 37.5 hours per week.State Retirement Plan and Deferred Compensation Programs Professional Development opportunitiesNETC is a qualified employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. The PSLF Program forgives the remaining balance on your Direct Loans after you have made 120 qualifying monthly payments under a qualifying repayment plan while working full-time at NETC. To qualify for PSLF, you must:be employed by a U.S. federal, state, local, or tribal government or not-for-profit organization (federal service includes U.S. military service) work full-time for that agency or organization have Direct Loans (or consolidate other federal student loans into a Direct Loan) repay your loans under an income-driven repayment plan* make 120 qualifying payments
