Configuration Management Lead- Configuration and Infrastructure at Leidos

Leidos Digital Modernization sector is seeking an experienced Configuration Management Lead to support the configuration and infrastructure of the USCIS Enterprise Automation & Unified Task Orchestration (eAUTO) contractdelivering 247 IT services that integrate automation cloud hosting and unified communications for 30000 endusers.As the Configuration Management Lead you will safeguard the integrity of USCISs mission-critical IT baselines and drive the automation that keeps thousands of systems in this high-visibility role youll own the enterprise CMDB craft policy and integrate DevSecOps pipelines that feed real-time configuration data to decision-makers.Primary responsibilitiesOverall responsibility for managing the CM team priority status and deliverables minister the enterprise Change Management program and interface with DHS ICCB.Conduct daily Virtual CABs achieving 99 % same-day processing and automate VCAB minutes in ServiceNow.Generate weekly and quarterly change-volume metrics; integrate CM oversight into AWS resources.Review/approve CRs in ServiceNow/ServiceHUB within 17-day SLA.Support break-fix/emergency changes.Basic qualificationsBachelors degree and 5 years of IT requirements management configuration management change management or Systems Engineering experience4 years as a team lead or equivalent experience in enterprise Information Technology (IT) Configuration Management metrics and reporting experience in configuration and change management principles.Working knowledge of Jenkins configuration management database (CMDB) code packaging Jira Salesforce ELK Git Hub AWS and basic Unix commands.Experience maintaining baseline and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) using platforms such as ServiceNow or Remedy required.Experience on maintaining the baseline for efforts using Agile and DevOps methodologies.Experience maintaining the baseline for cloud-based systems preferredAdvanced experience using configuration management database (CMDB) to onboard new hardware/software technologies accurately and confirm that items are correctly documentedDHS Public Trust Security ClearancePreferred qualificationsAmazon Web Services (AWS) CertificationsExperience working on USCIS contracts and mission environmentsIf youre looking for comfort keep scrolling.
