Youll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.Youll play a key role in ensuring the seamless configuration management of our engineering projects directly contributing to the success of our innovative transportation solutions. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering project management and quality assurance) ensure compliance with configuration processes and much more.Well look to you for:Managing configuration baselines and ensuring traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Establishing and maintaining configuration management plans in alignment with project requirements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to control and document changes to products and systems. Ensuring proper version control and maintaining accurate records of all configuration items. Conducting regular audits to verify compliance with configuration management processes. Providing training and guidance to team members on configuration management tools and practices. Supporting project teams in identifying and resolving configuration-related issues. Ensuring alignment with industry standards and company policies for configuration management. Contributing to the continuous improvement of configuration management processes. Preparing and delivering reports on configuration status and performance metrics.CCMI Certification is desired.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
