Job Details Responsibilities: As a Permanent Construction APM, you will be responsible for: 1. Assisting in the planning, coordination, and supervision of all construction activities. 2. Working closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop comprehensive project plans. 3. Preparing and updating project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. 4. Overseeing and ensuring the quality of work performed by subcontractors and crews. 5. Coordinating and obtaining necessary permits and licenses for projects. 6. Assisting in the estimation and bidding process, including conducting cost analysis and forecasting. 7. Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting all relevant safety and quality standards. 8. Addressing any issues or delays in the construction process and implementing effective solutions. 9. Participating in project meetings and providing updates on project status to stakeholders. Qualifications: To be considered for the Permanent Construction APM position, you must have: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a project management or assistant project management role. 2. Proven experience with mixed-use, multifamily, remodel, renovation, and multi-family projects. 3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations. 4. Proficiency in estimating, budgeting, and scheduling. 5. Exceptional leadership and project management skills. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. 8. Proficiency in relevant software, such as MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar. 9. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. 10. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
