Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans. Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and plastering to support structural integrity. Conduct restoration tasks including water damage remediation, mold remediation, and general building repairs. Fabricate custom components using woodworking techniques or metal fabrication methods as needed. Assist with roofing installation or repair projects while adhering to safety standards. Handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently during material transport and assembly tasks. Read schematics for electrical or plumbing systems to assist in fixture installation or repairs. Support remodeling efforts by installing flooring, tiles, drywall, stucco finishes, or siding. Utilize hand tools and power tools skillfully for precise craftsmanship across various construction activities. Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation; willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
