JOB SUMMARYJob Profile SummaryPerforms an advanced/senior level of responsibilities related to development coordination implementation and direction of project plan(s) and monitor performance to ensure that company expectations are satisfied regarding environmental safety cost effectiveness quality assurance/control project work plan schedules and impact to the public. Work independently and obtains support for more complex assignments. Serves as a mentor.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesDevelop coordinate implement and oversee various levels / more complex construction and maintenance project plans in their entirety and monitor project status and modify when needed to ensure timeliness and quality of projects is consistent with company standardsIdentify and select resources such as inspection equipment contractors and material procurement required to coordinate projectsDirect monitor and schedule contractors inspectors and employees in construction and maintenance activities of pipeline construction processing plants storage facilities terminals gathering and/or transmission systems and appurtenances including but not limited to:Measurement facilitiesPlant process equipment and controlsPipeline facilities; above and below gradePurchasing and materialsCorrosion controlLeakage surveyDirect and monitor installation and/or maintenance of plant and pipeline equipment and facilities including but not limited to:Meter/regulator settingsTapping/pressure control equipmentStorage tanks/scrubbers/dehydratorsPressure tests (air gas water)Evaluate and recommend whether to repair or replace pipe and appurtenancesEnsure contractors compliance with safety quality competency and performance standards. Provide feedback to ensure company standards are being followedProvide information recommendations consultation and/or assistance to customers contractors inspectors city/county/state officials employees management and others relative to company activities policies and proceduresCompile prepare and/or verify information including but not limited to:Operating activitiesCompletion reportsAccident reportsWork ordersVarious budget recommendationsCustomer correspondenceMay train other employees at various levelsResponsibilities may include Department of Transportation (DOT) covered functions including operations maintenance or emergency response on a pipeline.
