You must be comfortable using the dealerships computer software and have extensive knowledge of diesel and gasoline powered systems.If you have a never give up attitude and are willing to problem-solve until you find the best solution for the customer, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesUse your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate equipment malfunction codesAssist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocolsCarry out routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, lubrication, hydraulic and electrical systemsConduct in-depth inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and hydraulicsEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat businessConvey necessary equipment repair information to customers in a clear and concise mannerQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED is requiredPrevious construction equipment experience is a plusStrong customer service and communications skills are required
