Create Precise Cost Estimates: Prepare detailed material and labor takeoffs and price all project components for major construction bids.Manage Subcontractor Bidding: Lead the full subcontractor bid process including solicitation scope review and price negotiation to ensure competitive bids.Analyze and Apply Market Data: Research current material and labor costs as well as construction market trends to ensure estimates are accurate and competitive.Collaborate on Preconstruction: Work closely with Project Management and Engineering teams to ensure estimates support construction feasibility and value engineering.Maintain Systems: Organize and update all cost data and bid records for continuous accuracy improvement.Qualifications : Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years of direct experience in Construction Estimating.Education: Bachelors Degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field is preferred.Document Fluency: Strong ability to read interpret and coordinate construction drawings and specifications.Software Skills: Proficiency in Excel (advanced) and industry-standard estimating/takeoff software.Core Values: Must demonstrate professionalism integrity and a strong work ethic.Additional Information : Amark Talent Solutions welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
