Construction General Laborer at Total Highspeed

It is an exciting time for us and we would like you to be a part of our team!Total Highspeed is looking for a full-time General Construction Laborer who can work as a part of a team environment. Providing support while operating construction plows and tools. This position calls for an organized and attentive person with excellent communications skills.Responsibilities:Operation of construction equipment and standard underground construction toolsWork with an equipment operator to place conduit and fiber undergroundCleanup area post-construction to county or state standardsAssist with the loading of various materials and equipment onto trucks and/or trailersOperate road vehicles following all safety and traffic regulationsMaintain proper inventory on vehicle based on work assignmentKeep work areas and vehicles clean and organizedAbility to follow directions and instructions as given by managementAny and all other duties assigned by supervisor/leadQualifications:Be able to operate a variety of digging tools (shovels pickaxes etc)Accurately measure distances using tapes or other measuring devicesMaintain a clean courteous and professional demeanorBe physically able to lift and move up to 75 pounds.Be willing to work in all weather conditions.Have a valid state drivers license and a clean driving or safety recordBe able to work within a small team & efficiently to meet deadlinesSatisfactory results from a background/employment history investigation and drug screeningMust be willing to acquire a Class E drivers licenseCompensation:Competitive Pay401kMedical vision and dental insurancePaid Time OffFamily friendly working environment and positive culture Key Skills Civil,Income Tax,Council,Drafting,Air Compressors,Analytics Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
