Our mission is to be the “go-to” firm in our areas of specialty—trusted advisers on the most challenging and rewarding projects in the region.ResponsibilitiesInspect construction work to ensure compliance with building standards and project specificationsInspect all material upon arrival to the jobsite to ensure complianceReview plans to identify potential violationsDocument inspections and report any issuesDetermine the quality of materials being used throughout testingQualifications Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or construction management a plusMinimum six (6) years of experience in building construction tradesMinimum four (4) years of experience as a Construction Inspector including inspection of site/civil is required.OSHA 30 hr.Proficiency with web-based submittal collaboration systems Construction scheduling knowledge to support project team Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and proceduresAbility to maintain field and office records and perform quantity computationsExperience reading and interpreting plans and specificationsStrong written and oral communication skillsCollaborate with multiple team membersAbility and coordination to safely maneuver around a construction site LiRo is committed to your success, and we invest in your growth and development to unlock your full potential.Competitive Total Compensation PackageEmployee- Only Stock Purchase PlanMentoring programsContinuing Education ProgramEmployee referral bonusVolunteer/Industry association opportunities We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environmentCompensation: Min $80,000 to $110,000 The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.
