Job Title: Project ManagerJob Location: Fairfax VA Onsite Requirements:Project Management/Program ManagementAWS or PMP certificationExperience in PPB, PPBBOS-III, PBDMD, PA&E Job Description: Responsibilities:Plan, direct, and manage day-to-day technical management of project task areasEnsure technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely mannerPerform enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systemsDevelop and manage the technical project plans to completion within time and resource constraintsManage project team scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk analysis, and cost management; lead the design, implementation, and production life cycleChair integration meetings, stakeholder sessions, and requirement collection activitiesBrief Army leaders on current projects and the benefits to the ArmySupervise and lead a team of professionals across various labor categories and skill setsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior managementEnsure compliance with industry standards and best practicesRequirements:Undergraduate degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or other relevant fieldCertified Project Management Professional (PMP)Minimum 5 years of program management experience with information systemsMust have 5 years minimum experience with US Army planning programming and budget formulation business (PPB) processes and a thorough understanding of requirement, design, construction, and testing capabilitiesMinimum of one of the following disciplines:At least 3 years project management experience managing complex information systems using the latest industry technologiesGood understanding of DoD Cyber Security requirementsPrevious project management experience with complex information systemsDemonstrated ability for oral and written communication, with a preference for experience communicating with the highest levels of managementKnowledge of industry-accepted Agile standards and best practicesDesired Requirements:Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing software development, platform operations, and/or cybersecurity projectsDemonstrated successful management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in efforts similar in size and scope as referenced in this PWSKnowledge of industry-accepted standards and best practices related to Software Development, Cloud Computing, CybersecurityDemonstrated experience in a DoD IT environmentExcellent communication skills at senior government levels **3rd party and subcontract staffing agencies are not eligible for partnership on this position. 3rd party subcontractors need not apply.
