Qualifications:Previous experience as an instructional assistant in a public school system or experience working with groups of children preferred.Basic reading writing and computation skills; good written and oral communication skills; basic computer skills preferred.Applicants must meet the requirements for a Title I paraprofessional including:Must have a high school diploma or its recognized equivalentandMust have metoneof the following options:Completed two years of study (48 credit hours) at an institution of higher education;orHoldan associates (or higher) degree;orHave passed the Parapro Assessment through ETS.Proof of highly qualified certification must be attached to your application to be considered for this position.Pay Rate:Instructional AssistantGrade C2b Salary Scale(credit is based on years of full-time experience in a related position)Assignment:Full time / 10 months / 183 daysStart Date:This position is effective with the2025-2026school year.
