Construction Manager at FootBridge

Job Title: Construction Manager Location: Kansas Pay Range: $65-$75/hour, OT after 40 Target Start Date/Availability: January start Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the solar construction project, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Oversee electrical and mechanical system installations, ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety standards. Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues promptly. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment for all team members. Conduct inspections to ensure the project meets technical specifications and quality standards. Qualifications: Proven experience in solar construction, with expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A track record of successfully managing similar large-scale projects. Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices.
