Job Title: Construction Oversight Engineer Agency: City of Baltimore Location: Baltimore MD Duration: 24 Months Rate: Depends on experience Licensure: PE preferred NICET or equivalent certifications are acceptable depending on the specialty. Minimum Requirements: 10 years overseeing water/wastewater construction. Strong RFIs submittal review PCO justification and contractor oversight. Ability to interface with inspectors and field operations.
