If you’re up for soaring to new heights with us, keep reading!Job Description (The awesome work you’ll get to do):Provide various aspects of support for projects in the planning, design, bidding, and construction phasesPrepare quantity take-offs and estimatesAssist with construction phasing designDevelop CPM/Gantt schedules to support project contract timeParticipate in design workshopsAssist with quality assurance tasksCommunicate effectively with other team members via email, phone, and in personProvide field representative services, including client communications, construction observation and subconsultant coordination. Conduct continual observation (not inspection) of airfield paving, lighting, and grading construction projects. Write concise field reports. Adequately document construction progress. Read and interpret construction documents including plans and specifications. Document measurement of quantities of materials used on the project.
