As we continue to grow we are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to support and lead construction initiatives that uphold the Holiday Oil standard.If youre a motivated detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys seeing projects built from the ground up this is an exciting opportunity to join a trusted Utah brand.About the RoleAs a Construction Project Manager at Holiday Oil you will oversee all phases of construction projects-planning scheduling budgeting coordination execution and close-out. You will serve as the core point of communication between internal teams subcontractors vendors architects engineers and stakeholders. This role ensures our projects are delivered on time within budget safely and with exceptional quality.What Youll DoDevelop project plans timelines schedules and budgetsLead and coordinate all construction phases from pre-construction through completionManage materials equipment labor and subcontractor performanceConduct site visits to evaluate progress and ensure safety and quality standardsIdentify risks resolve issues and mitigate delays proactivelyEnsure compliance with building codes permits inspections and company policiesFacilitate project meetings and update stakeholders clearly and consistentlyPrepare and manage budgets cost estimates forecasts and change ordersMaintain accurate daily logs reports and project documentationServe as the main liaison with clients architects engineers and vendorsReview and interpret construction documents drawings and blueprintsSolicit bids and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliersPerform additional duties as assignedWhat You BringBachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Business or equivalent experience3-5 years of experience in construction project managementStrong knowledge of construction processes safety standards codes and regulationsProficiency in project management and scheduling software plus Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication leadership and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and accountabilityValid drivers license and clean driving recordAbility to travel to job sites as neededProficiency in English for effective communicationPreferred QualificationsPMP OSHA 30 or relevant certificationsExperience in commercial or multi-site constructionFamiliarity with systems such as Procore Bluebeam or estimating platformsWhy Holiday OilA stable respected Utah company with over 60 years of growthA collaborative environment where your work directly contributes to the companys successStrong values rooted in safety quality and integrityOpportunities to grow your career within the Holiday Oil familyIf youre ready to bring your construction expertise to a company that values people progress and high-quality work we invite you to apply and join the Holiday Oil team.Apply Today!Required Experience:IC Key Skills Abinitio,Cobol,Environmental Consultancy,Facility Management,Insulation,Asic Employment Type : Contract Experience: years Vacancy: 1
