Job Details
Summary of Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee construction projects from planning through completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial or residential projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
