Position:Project ManagerReports to: Senior Project ManagerLocation: Marysville OhioPay Range: $105000 - $135000We consider several factors when preparing a compensation package for successful candidates. We also offer financial support for mid- and senior-level candidates who require relocation assistance.Superior is looking for a Project Manager to help drive our electrical construction projects forward. The Project Manager is responsible for managing construction projects scheduling resources ensuring that budgets and timelines are met and working closely with the Superintendent and Foremen to ensure the successful progress and completion of the project. This role is based on a jobsite in Marysville Ohio.Key ResponsibilitiesMitigate and manage project risk and elevate concerns and solutions quickly to Project Operations and Field Operations leadershipCreate and manage the full project schedule from project kickoff to project closeoutManage all project finance requirements including billings project setup project buy-out project cost control change order management and cost-to-completeEarn the trust of clients by cultivating relationships communicating swiftly collaborating and solving challengesChair project meetings including planning progress updates and reviews with customersWork with departments across the organization to ensure that project materials are available and in place as neededServe as a key leader to our project team and provide clear communication and guidance to all team membersUnderstand the full scope of the project contract and negotiate changes as neededReview all project documents including estimates design drawings specifications and contractsMaintain a high degree of safety on our work across the jobsiteEnsure the timely completion of all job closeout proceduresYour Character TraitsYoure organized great at prioritization and have a strong attention to detailYoure a great communicator a team player and ready to work with colleagues across our jobsites and organizationYoure a leader and are effective at motivating and mentoring junior colleaguesYour ExpertiseRequired: You have at least 4 years of experience in commercial construction project management or equivalent field management experienceBonus Points: You earned your Construction Management degree Engineering degree Construction Management Program certificate or another related degreeBonus Points: Youre experienced with design-build hard bid and negotiated projects around $5M to $50MBonus Points: You have extensive knowledge in construction management softwareBonus Points: You hold an active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationOur BenefitsWe offer a range of professional and personal perks that you can enjoy as a member of Superior.
